Henein Systems provides automated lead-response software ("Services") to U.S. immigration law firms ("Client Firms"). Our Speed-to-Lead platform automatically responds to inbound inquiries received by Client Firms via web forms, missed phone calls, and email, sending SMS and email replies within approximately 60 seconds. Services include workflow automation, AI-powered lead classification, bilingual (English and Spanish) response templates, urgent-lead alerting, and lead logging.
By engaging our Services or providing your phone number through a Client Firm's contact form that includes SMS consent language, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Henein Systems on behalf of the Client Firm. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements to use our Services. Client Firms must be lawfully operating U.S.-based legal practices.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed.
Fees for our Services are described in your written agreement or order form with Henein Systems. Unless otherwise specified:
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. New clients may request a full refund of the one-time setup fee within 30 days of the service go-live date if they are not satisfied with the Services. After 30 days, fees are non-refundable.

All content, software, workflows, templates, and trademarks made available through our Services are owned by Henein Systems or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely as permitted by these Terms.
Our Services rely on third-party providers (including but not limited to Twilio, Google, Anthropic, and Stripe). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
Henein Systems is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our Services facilitate communication between Client Firms and prospective clients but do not constitute legal services or create an attorney-client relationship.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Henein Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Henein Systems and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
