This page describes how Henein Systems collects opt-in consent for SMS (text message) communications and how recipients can manage those communications. This disclosure is provided to satisfy mobile carrier and regulatory requirements for application-to-person (A2P) messaging in the United States.
Henein Systems operates a Speed-to-Lead platform that sends automated SMS responses on behalf of U.S. immigration law firms ("Client Firms"). Recipients of these SMS messages ("Leads") provide consent in one of two ways:
1. Web form submission on a Client Firm website. When a Lead visits a Client Firm's website and submits a contact form that includes their phone number, the form includes the following standard consent language directly above or adjacent to the submit button:
"By providing your phone number and submitting this form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from [Law Firm Name] in response to your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. View our Privacy Policy."
The Lead must affirmatively submit the form to provide consent. Phone number fields and SMS consent language are clearly disclosed before submission.
2. Reply to a missed phone call. When a Lead calls a Client Firm and the call goes unanswered, our platform may send an automated SMS follow-up to the calling number. This SMS is treated as a customer-service response to the Lead's inbound communication and includes opt-out instructions in the first message.
Frequency varies based on the Lead's interaction with the Client Firm. Typical frequency is 1 to 5 messages per inquiry thread. Leads will not receive marketing or promotional SMS messages from Henein Systems or its Client Firms.
Leads may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opt-out is processed immediately. Leads may also reply HELP to receive help information including the Client Firm's contact details.
Message and data rates may apply. Henein Systems and its Client Firms are not responsible for messages delayed or undelivered by carriers, and message delivery is not guaranteed.
Phone numbers and consent records collected through this opt-in process are used solely to deliver SMS communications between the Lead and the Client Firm to whom the Lead directed their inquiry. SMS opt-in consent data is not shared with third parties for marketing or any other purpose. Records are retained for at least four years to satisfy regulatory recordkeeping requirements.
See our Privacy Policy for full data handling disclosures.
