This may include the names, phone numbers, email addresses, and inquiry details of individuals ("Leads") who submit contact forms on Client Firm websites or otherwise initiate contact with a Client Firm.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed, via cookies and similar technologies.

Opt-In data is not shared with third parties. Phone numbers and SMS consent data collected through Client Firm contact forms are used solely to deliver the SMS service requested by the Lead. We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose SMS opt-in data to third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
Message content. SMS messages sent through our platform are transactional responses to inquiries initiated by the Lead. We do not send marketing SMS messages.
Opt-out. Recipients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Help is available by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply.
Frequency. SMS frequency varies based on the Lead's interaction with the Client Firm; typically 1 to 5 messages per inquiry thread.
